Woden del Perú, a company dedicated to the remanufacturing of electronic equipment, is currently looking for a Quality Supervisor **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the quality of processes and products in the telecommunications equipment refurbishment plant, guaranteeing compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer service standards. Implement continuous improvement tools and Lean Manufacturing to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and generate sustainable savings. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Supervision of quality processes. · Management of indicators and performance analysis. · Implementation of Lean Manufacturing. · Personnel management. · Audits and regulatory compliance. · Savings management. **REQUIREMENTS:** · **Education:** Industrial, Electronic or Production Engineer. · **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions within the technical or industrial sector (remanufacturing, repair or assembly). **·** Knowledge: Process control, KPI management, safety and environmental regulations, implementation of Lean Manufacturing. · Software: Advanced Excel skills and quality management tools. · **Competencies:** 1\.
