We are currently looking for a Site Engineer with experience in country houses, condominiums, and single-family homes: **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the overall execution of single-family homes, condominiums, and country house projects. * Ensure compliance with established deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Coordinate activity scheduling with technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors. * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and progress reports. * Monitor construction processes and finishes, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Plan and track weekly (*lookahead*) and monthly schedules. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Civil Engineering, licensed and registered as a professional. * Minimum of 6 years of experience as a site engineer, including at least 3 years in country house, condominium, or high-end residential projects. * Solid knowledge in budgeting, quantity surveying, quality control, and fine finishes. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Availability to work on projects outside Lima (mandatory). **We Offer:** * Opportunity to participate in exclusive and architecturally high-impact projects. * Professional growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Excellent work environment and support from an experienced technical team. * Market-competitive salary based on experience.
