We are currently looking for qualified professionals for the position of **IT Technical Support** **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration and maintenance of **servers, networks, storage, and backups**. * Integration of **ERP with construction control systems**. * Ensure **connectivity at construction sites and offices** (VPN, servers, cloud). * Development of **customized tools** for equipment control, logistics, or security. * **User support** and preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Implementation of **cybersecurity measures**, virus protection, access control, and data backup. * **Process automation** and integration of technological platforms. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or engineering in systems, computer science, or related field. * Experience in network and server administration, ERP, and cloud-based tools. * Ability to resolve technical incidents and provide user support.
