Our team in Peru is looking for a **Rental Mechanical Technician Level III \- Trujillo (Temporary)** to join Inchcape Peru. The purpose of this role is to provide theoretical and technical support to the rental fleet customers according to established standards from the manufacturer and the business, ensuring operational continuity for our clients. **What you will do** * Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on rental machinery according to procedures established by the business and the manufacturer. * Repair mechanical or electrical faults on assigned units using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer’s manuals/procedures, ensuring operational readiness without issues while optimizing the use of spare parts and supplies. * Conduct general inspections of machinery, reporting any identified anomalies. * Prepare reports of work performed on the fleet according to the format established by the business, providing additional justification when required (warranty, customer-caused operational damages, etc.). * Maintain assigned assets and tools with full responsibility and in perfect condition to ensure durability, reliability, and proper return. * Identify and request necessary spare parts (OT), using the manufacturer’s software/manual to ensure timely availability. * Continuously propose improvements to optimize the management of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. **About you** To be successful in this role, you will have: * Completed technical education in Electrical Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related fields. * 5 to 7 years of experience as an electrician technician, performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Experience in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams. * Basic level of Office software skills. * Valid driver's license (A1 or AIIB) **What we offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility, and we invite you to do it with us.
