




Evaluate, diagnose and redesign assigned processes, applying creativity and innovation criteria to propose solutions that optimize business efficiency, productivity and profitability. Prepare and deliver the activity schedule to the Process Owner. Analyze process activities in order to simplify them. Implement and document redesigned or new processes, ensuring standardization, traceability, and compliance with corporate policies and guidelines. Provide ongoing technical advisory on procedures, processes, controls, document management, and associated platforms. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Improvement Analyst, Process Engineer, or in Process Management. Knowledge in Continuous Improvement, Agile Methods and Projects, Lean or Six Sigma, and Analysis and Design of Systems and Processes. Intermediate-level proficiency in Bizagi or Visio.
