At VARGAS PAREJA ABOGADOS & CONSULTORES, we are currently seeking a MINING AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS LAWYER with the following profile: Requirements: * Degree holder and licensed lawyer in Law. * At least 5 years of experience directly or indirectly handling matters or tasks related to the mining and/or environmental sector. * Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in mining, contracts, negotiation, community conflict management, environmental law, litigation, and internal audit. Main responsibilities: * Ensure provision of specialized legal advice in mining and environmental law to guarantee client compliance. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. * Support the development of legal strategies enabling effective negotiations.
