We are currently looking for top talent to fill the position of: **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – INDEPENDENCIA** **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma * Work certificates as production assistant or operator (mandatory) * Must reside in the district of Independencia or nearby areas * Availability to work 12-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * At the beginning of each shift, ensure that the work order, approved product sample, and incident report sheet are available at your machine. Also verify that packaging conditions meet environmental sanitation requirements * Know and properly handle measuring instruments (scale, pins, device) * Monitor and record product seal integrity tests and weight checks * Clean the mill, sprayer, and hose * Purge blow molding and injection machines (liquid and solid purging) under supervision of supervisor, adjuster, setter-adjuster or technician * Stop the machine according to procedure and direct instruction from the Shift Supervisor * Perform constant visual inspection to ensure products are manufactured under optimal conditions * Classify products according to samples provided by the Quality Inspector at each machine into: approved product, observed product, defective and/or rejected product * Recover observed products during your respective shift until the Quality Control Inspector releases the batch * Package products as specified in the work order, ensuring accurate counting, maintaining product integrity and hygiene, and apply identification stickers as products are packed * Deliver production report sheets to supervisors every 8 hours * Inform the incoming shift about any issues occurred during your shift and document all incidents on the incident report sheet, which must be handed over to the Shift Supervisor **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Full payroll benefits from day one (bonuses, CTS, family allowance, EsSalud, etc.) * Basic salary S/1200 + transportation bonus + meal bonus * Overtime pay * Weekly and punctual payments * Provision of PPE and uniform * SCTR and Life Insurance as per law * Corporate agreements * Location: Independencia Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.1,200.00 per month Application questions: * Please provide your updated phone number (WhatsApp and calls) * In which district do you live? * Are you agreeable with the salary of S/1200 + transportation + meals + overtime? * Are you willing to work 12-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday? * Have you worked in industrial companies as a production assistant or operator?
