Position: LOADING OPERATOR **Job Requirements** * **Minimum age:** 25 years. * **Residence:** Must reside in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL). * **Physical condition:** Good physical fitness and robust build are required, as the position involves loading tasks. * Proactive, committed, and respectful of scheduled working hours. **Responsibilities**: * Safely and efficiently handle assigned loads, either manually or with the help of basic tools, ensuring compliance with established protocols. * Accompany units for loading/unloading operations when required outside the main site, within or outside the district. * Promptly report any irregularities, damages, or missing materials to the immediate supervisor. * Provide support in logistical or operational activities according to area needs and management instructions. **Benefits and Working Conditions** * Salary: According to the scale established for loading operators at ECOGLOBO S.A.C. * Formal employment (includes bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance if applicable). * Daily food allowance based on work schedule. * Performance-based bonuses.
