At Recreativos Fargo, we are looking for **5 Administrators** for **Slot Rooms** for our locations throughout Lima. **Objective** To supervise, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of the slot room, ensuring all machines are operational, customers receive high-quality service, and all applicable regulations are followed. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor's studies in Administration or related fields. * Prior experience in managing slot rooms, casinos, or similar entertainment establishments is desirable. * Experience in personnel management and customer service. * Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the operation of all slot machines. * Monitor cash and chip flow. * Provide friendly and efficient customer service. * Organize promotional events within the room. * Implement control and monitoring measures to prevent fraud, theft, and other incidents. * Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff. * Schedule staff shifts. * Ensure all slot room activities comply with regulations. * Manage the acquisition of permits and licenses required to operate legally. * Prepare reports. * Coordinate with service providers for facility maintenance. * Ensure cleanliness and order within the slot room. **Considerations** * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) and on holidays. * Willingness to travel. * Must reside in Lima. * Benefits according to law. * Full payroll. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
