We are looking for the best talent to fill the position of: **Baker Master** **Responsibilities:** * Ingredient preparation: Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes. * Assistance in production: Help prepare doughs, creams, frostings, and other components of products. * Cleaning and organization: Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces. This includes proper disposal of waste. * Inventory control: Assist in monitoring inventory of ingredients and materials, reporting any shortages. * Compliance with hygiene standards: Follow food hygiene and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment. * Other tasks: Perform other duties assigned by the pastry chef, such as receiving goods or assisting in special events. **Requirements:** * Student, graduate, or bachelor's degree in baking. * Prior experience in a bakery (desirable but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn). * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays as required). **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** Type of position: Part-time Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
