Our client, a road concession company located in Lima, is looking for a Crane Operator. **Functions:** * Respond to traffic incidents involving light and heavy vehicles on the concession road according to instructions from the Operations Control Center (OCC). * Detect and report incidents on the concession road to the OCC, ensuring timely activation of response protocols. * Comply with occupational health and safety procedures, as well as signaling, containment, and emergency response protocols. * Monitor and report the condition of assigned vehicles, equipment, and tools. * Contribute to continuous improvement processes in area management and communication. * Provide support in responding to incidents and events on the road, collaborating with the road inspector and other teams. * Perform inspections and basic preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment. **Requirements:** * Valid Class AIIIB driver's license * Training in basic mechanics, fire extinguisher use and handling, customer service, and vehicle operation (according to the required license category) * Courses in crane or forklift operation and defensive driving (desirable) * Basic proficiency in Office software. * 2 years of experience in similar positions.
