Recognized **Catholic educational institution in Chorrillos** is seeking a **General Director** with a vocation for service, human leadership, and solid experience in school management. We are looking for a person committed to the **integral and values-based education** of our students, capable of guiding the educational community. **Main Responsibilities** * Support and develop teaching and administrative staff, promoting collaborative work. * Supervise **educational quality** and ensure compliance with the institutional **educational philosophy**. * Represent the institution before educational authorities (UGEL, DRELM, MINEDU). * Foster a **positive school climate** based on respect, fraternal coexistence, and dialogue. * Plan and implement continuous improvement strategies in pedagogical and organizational areas. **Requirements** * **Professional degree** in Education, Educational Management, or related fields. * **Master's degree desirable** in Educational Management or Leadership. * **Minimum of 5 years' experience** in managerial or school leadership roles. * Up-to-date knowledge of **Peruvian educational regulations** (MINEDU, UGEL, DRELM). * Leadership, communication, and human talent management skills. **Position Conditions** * Work mode: **On-site – Chorrillos, Lima** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.** (with additional availability as required by institutional events). * Formal employment contract with benefits commensurate to the position.
