Position Summary: SCHNEIDER INGENIEROS S.A.C. is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for electrical engineering projects in Metropolitan Lima, with a focus on construction supervision and documentation control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise construction execution in accordance with the technical file. 2. Monitor daily and weekly production progress. 3. Assist in preparing the project close-out dossier. **SCHNEIDER INGENIEROS S.A.C.**, an engineering firm specializing in Electrical Engineering services, is undergoing growth and expansion; therefore, it is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for projects located across various sites in Metropolitan Lima. We seek organized, committed, proactive individuals eager to develop professionally within the organization. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Electricity or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installations. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and AutoCAD. * Problem-solving ability, proactivity, teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction execution in accordance with the approved technical file. * Monitor daily and weekly production progress. * Coordinate and serve as the technical liaison between field personnel and the site resident engineer. * Verify proper execution of work throughout all project phases. * Supervise material receipt, validating quantity and quality per requirements. * Maintain daily technical documentation records (quantities, productivity, material consumption). * Timely report significant events occurring on site. * Assist in preparing and organizing the project close-out dossier (as-built drawings, descriptive report, technical specifications, protocols, and certificates). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Contact:** 933486202 – 926728630 Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
