




Corporación Regeyser, a leading company in the installation of fire doors and industrial doors, is looking for a professional with leadership skills and experience in Human Resources management who meets the following requirements * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in the Northern area of Lima. **FUNCTIONS:** · Preparation of payroll and social benefits. · Control of payroll and attendance. · Prepare forms for AFP payments. · Perform registrations and deregistrations in SUNAT's T\-registration system. · Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. · Draft and register employment contracts, agreements, certifications, and other similar documents. · Represent the company in procedures, appearances, inspections, etc., before state entities (Essalud, Sunafil, Mintra, Sunat). · Coordinate employee induction and training. · Coordinate with respective departments regarding labor documentation for homologation purposes. · Manage performance evaluations for all staff. · Lead the Occupational Health and Safety System. · Monitor compliance with internal regulations according to company policies. · Develop, update, and manage the incentive and compensation plan. · Plan and execute team integration events according to the employee welfare plan. · Any other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are related to the position and do not violate ethics, morality, and good customs. **BENEFITS:** * Inclusion in payroll from the first day * Flexible working hours * All statutory benefits, General Regime Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you agree with the gross salary of S/2 600?
