Here, your work matters, your ideas count, and your growth excites us. **Position Objective** Provide technical, logistical, and creative photography support during event coverage, ensuring work quality, timely execution, and proper management of photographic equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Guarantee a unique customer experience at every event and ensure optimal operational flow. * Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment (cameras, lights, tripods, etc.). * Organize and back up photographic material. * Maintain order and care of assigned equipment. **Supporting Tasks** * Prepare final files for printing or digital publication. * Keep the visual resource library updated. * Propose visual ideas for campaigns or launches. * Collaborate on photo editing and short videos, reels, or simple animations. * Research visual trends, color palettes, typography styles, and creative references. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Basic experience in photography or technical assistance (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night hours (depending on events). * Good attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Ability to work in a team. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). * Knowledge of digital formats and image resolution. * Desirable: video editing or animation (After Effects, Premiere, etc.). * Punctuality in task delivery and schedule adherence. * Currently studying communications, photography, advertising, hospitality and tourism, performing arts, education, or related fields.
