Here, your work matters, your ideas count, and your growth excites us. **Position Objective** Provide technical, logistical, and creative photography support during event coverage, ensuring work quality, timely execution, and proper management of photographic equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Guarantee a unique customer experience at every event and ensure optimal operational flow. * Assist in setup and teardown of equipment (cameras, lights, tripods, etc.). * Organize and back up photographic materials. * Maintain order and care of assigned equipment. **Supporting Tasks** * Supervise inventory of equipment such as cameras, tablets, lighting gear, printers, and accessories. * Ensure all equipment is operational before each event. * Conduct technical tests and guarantee device quality. * Coordinate logistics for equipment dispatch and return for over 50 events per month. * Generate stock reports and purchase suggestions. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Basic experience in photography or technical assistance (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night hours (depending on events). * Good attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Ability to work in a team. * Basic editing skills (optional). * Basic knowledge of inventory management and material control. * Student in communications, photography, advertising, hospitality and tourism, performing arts, education, or related fields.
