




A construction company is seeking to hire a Contract Administration Advisor for public works projects for its office in Lima. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Law, licensed and registered. * 4 to 5 years of experience as a contract administrator and/or similar roles such as contract manager, with training and experience in administration, prevention, and resolution of conflicts in public works contracts. * Knowledge and understanding of procedures for time extensions and additional work orders. * Knowledge and expertise in Dispute Resolution Boards (DRB), arbitration, and dispute resolution mechanisms. * Desirable experience or knowledge of NEC 4 and FIDIC contracts. * Mandatory knowledge of State Procurement regulations. * Desirable completion of a diploma program in Project Management, Construction Management, or Project Management. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities**: * Plan, organize, direct, and ensure compliance with the contract. * Monitor the contract and compensable events. * Participate in project progress meetings. * Participate in contractual meetings with the client and keep the company informed about contractual compliance. * Monitor the site diary (work logbook). * Prepare documentation for time extensions and additional work. * Resolve contractual disputes. * Report to management on the status of contracts. **Position type**: Full-time Position type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
