We are currently looking for a **SELECTION ASSISTANT** **ICA**. **MISSION:** Provide support in recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes, ensuring timely and high-quality service to business units, contributing to strengthening the company's human team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Basic knowledge in interviews, competency-based evaluation, and administration of psychometric tests. * Desired experience in onboarding or training processes. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to candidate hiring. * Assist in updating personnel databases and tracking documents. * Coordinate with user departments for timely vacancy coverage. * Collaborate in organizing trainings, workshops, or internal events. * Provide guidance and support to staff regarding Human Resources processes. * Assist in other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for learning, professional development, and career path within the Human Resources area.
