Responsibilities: * Respond to inquiries from potential clients (event requests) * Advise clients on our services and customized packages. * Conduct site visits or virtual meetings with clients. * Prepare budgets, sales proposals, and finalize sales. * Coordinate with the event production and logistics team. * Perform post\-sale follow\-up to ensure customer satisfaction. 2\. We are looking for candidates who have: * Experience in service sales (events, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, etc.). * Excellent presence and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital tools (Google Drive, Excel). * Proactivity, empathy, and a 100% customer\-oriented attitude. 3\. Valued qualifications: * Technical knowledge in event production (not mandatory). * Background in event management, sales, marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in customer service within similar industries. * Availability to work weekends when required by events.
