Send your CV and the Unique Employment Certificate to: administracionawqaconcept@awqahoteles.com **Responsibilities:** · Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner, ensuring all requests are handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently. · Ensure orders are delivered quickly, with quality, and as requested by waitstaff or customers. · Prepare and organize workstations, ensuring all utensils and supplies are available to facilitate service. · Restock the breakfast buffet station according to demand. · Supervise and carry out necessary activities to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in dining and service areas. · Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. · Assist in organizing and attending special events within the hotel, guaranteeing exceptional service at all times. · Properly manage waste generated in the service area, following established regulations. · Submit monthly supply requests based on operational needs. · Prepare cocktails according to orders. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Technical or higher education in fields related to gastronomy or customer service. · **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or similar roles in restaurants or hotels. · **Knowledge and skills:** o Knowledge of customer service and public interaction techniques. o Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. o Organizational and teamwork skills. o Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage service. **Additional requirements:** · Proactive, responsible, and punctual attitude. · Commitment to service quality and excellence. · Good personal presentation and communication skills. · Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Working conditions:** · **Workplace:** Awqa Hotels – Natasha Branch · **Schedule:** Shifts from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm · **Contract type:** Permanent · **Benefits:** Onboarding from the first day, statutory benefits, others.
