What requirements do you need to meet? * Completed secondary education * Be of legal age (18 years old) * Valid identification documents * Intermediate B2+ / Advanced C1 level of English language proficiency. (English screening will be conducted over the phone) * Availability to work at our SITE MIRAFLORES. * Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a weekly schedule of 48 or 40 hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. (2 Days Off). **Your main challenges as a \#Teleperformer will be:** * Provide customer service and offer music streaming platform services in English via phone calls, maintaining a professional and respectful attitude. * Demonstrate strong comprehension and use of the English language through customer support. * Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures. * Actively seek solutions or suggestions for any business issues.
