Requirements: * Pursuing a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science/Systems. * Report creation using Power BI and PowerPoint (intermediate level – mandatory). * Knowledge of fiber optic networks, outside plant, GPON/FTTH, and MW radio links. * Intermediate proficiency in Bizagi for creating workflows and processes (desirable). * Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and process automation (non-exclusive). **\#JobOpportunity** **\#ProfessionalInternships** **\#PER** **** Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks What you will do: * Prepare technical reports and documents, justifying extended response times for network incidents. * Coordinate with regional supervisors to report actions taken and results from prepared reports. * Generate network and team activity reports and indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Power BI to maintain visibility on ongoing operations. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with various involved departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of network incident reports. * Document and update workflows and processes for department activities, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement.
