We are seeking a **TEXTILE/ MANUFACTURING QUALITY ANALYST** for our plant in **Independencia**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University studies preferably in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position within companies in the **textile and/or garment sector**. * Knowledge of quality management. * Familiarity with ISO standards and the 5 “S” methodology. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver and receive inspection report forms for Final Seam Line Inspection, Inspection, and Finishing, so inspectors can proceed with completing them. * Prepare daily indicators for Final Seam Line Inspection, Inspection, and Finishing using received forms as input. * Provide training materials to immediate supervisor to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of training sessions. * Prepare the summary table for needle replacement. * Prepare indicators for cut-to-sew entry (“Check List”), process audit, and inspection-finishing transit. * Manage area supplies and tools. * Request and distribute inspection and finishing codes. * Schedule overtime hours for approval. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary commensurate with evaluation. * Full-time employment from day one, including 100% statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Corporate discounts. * Career development opportunities and career progression paths. * Join a nationally recognized leader with international acclaim.
