**Join Our Team as a Purchasing Analyst!** **I. Position Purpose** Ensure timely and efficient supply of accessories (local and imported) required for pre-production and production stages. The goal is to guarantee compliance with quality specifications, obtain optimal and minimum prices, and maintain agreed delivery times. **II. Main Responsibilities** As a Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of accessories, including: * **Accessory Development:** Develop new accessories (generic and/or with process) requested by the UDP department, promptly reporting price, delivery time, and production minimums. * **Procurement Management:** Coordinate the purchase of accessories for production once consumption records are confirmed. * **Issuance and Follow-up:** Issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensure follow-up until delivery to the Accessories Warehouse, and coordinate with the Imports department, including sending documentation. * **Control and Updating:** Keep the company's internal application updated with accessory quotations generated by the UDP department. * **Information Support:** Provide supporting information related to purchases, consumption, and stock levels to internal departments as needed. * **Reporting:** Prepare the monthly indicator report for the area corresponding to your responsibilities. **III. Profile Requirements** **Work Experience** * Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in textile industry companies. **Education** * University professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree level (Desirable). **Technical Knowledge** **Office Software:** Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, intermediate level **Language:** English, intermediate level **Others:** Gmail, Kardex **IV.
