**SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT / BARRANCO** REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, HR, or related fields. \- Experience in recruitment and selection in the textile sector (preferred). \- Intermediate level of Office software proficiency. \- Availability to perform fieldwork (flyering, mass recruitment events, etc.). \- Knowledge of Office at intermediate level. \- Availability to work full time from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Assist in publishing job vacancies through various recruitment channels. \- Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, interviews, and administering psychological tests. \- Assist in resume screening and scheduling candidate interviews based on job profiles. \- Assist in conducting competency-based interviews and group dynamics. \- Carry out recruitment and selection processes for various positions. \- Manage employee onboarding and maintain updated databases. \- Perform other activities supporting personnel recruitment and administrative tasks (induction, follow-up, etc.).
