We are currently looking for a Development Analyst (Garment Analysis) with solid experience to join our team. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Development Analyst / Garment Analyst. * Technical studies related to the position (or completed secondary education with proven experience). * Experience in manufacturing complete garments for women, men, and children. * Availability to work in Ate MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Sew garments and perform final finishing. * Operate and adjust garment production machines (straight stitch, overlock, etc.). * Record operations according to the production sequence. * Analyze garments based on technical sheets, patterns, and measurements. * Manufacture complete garments for national and international clients. * Prepare garments for shrinkage and dyeing processes (fabric and twill). * Verify quality during production and provide technical feedback. * Report area production and support process improvements. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
