**Full Job Description** Real estate company is seeking a **Civil Engineer** specialized in **quality management and control of building projects** to ensure construction excellence and compliance with regulations and quality standards of our Project. **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in Quality Supervision of multi-family buildings of 12+ floors (from demolition to handover). * Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Construction is desirable. * Proficiency in the **National Building Code (RNE)** and **Peruvian Technical Standards (NTP)** applicable to construction materials, construction processes, and site safety (e.g., NTP for concrete, steel, soils, masonry, etc.). * **Experience in developing and implementing Quality Systems:** Inspection Point Plans (PPIs), quality/construction protocols, and project dossier. * **Knowledge in supervision, interpretation, and management of laboratory and field testing** for construction materials. * **Experience in identifying and managing Non-Conformities,** proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * **Experience generating quality documentation** (records, technical reports, progress reports). * **Office - Advanced Excel** **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System on the project. * Develop and update Inspection Point Plans (PPIs) by specialty. * Supervise and control the quality of construction materials and conduct quality inspections at all stages of construction. * Manage and track non-conformities and implement corrections. * Coordinate with production teams, designers, external supervisors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards. * Prepare periodic quality reports and the final project quality dossier.
