We are looking for the best talent to join our team. **ASSISTANT SITE RESIDENT ENGINEER** PROFILE: * Graduated, registered and licensed Civil or Sanitary Engineer, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of MS Project * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD * Advanced proficiency in Excel * Advanced proficiency in Office suite (Word, Visio, PowerPoint) * Intermediate-level proficiency in S10 * Intermediate-level proficiency in Civil 3D * Teamwork capability * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety talks, SOMA. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the Resident in all duties * Prepare progress reports of construction activities. * Verify drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. * Support the Site Resident in controlling the production process during construction execution, quality control, and schedule adherence. * Assist in the preparation of technical documentation. * Assist in the control and monitoring of ongoing construction projects. * Assist in preparing valuations. * Support verification of construction progress involving machinery. * Assist in preparing reports by the Site Resident. * Provide on-site technical and administrative support. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of three (03) years of experience in civil infrastructure projects. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: * Professional experience as resident engineer in at least 04 projects and/or supervisor and/or assistant resident and/or site assistant and/or supervision assistant and/or site coordinator and/or contract administrator in civil infrastructure projects within the last 15 years.
