They are on a mission to drive meaningful change in their sector, and they’re looking for top talent to join them in achieving this goal. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. * Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies. * Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of our client’s cloud environments. * Configure and manage logging systems to collect and analyze logs for troubleshooting and security purposes. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing. * Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to optimize cloud infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. * Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on cloud infrastructure\-related matters. * Participate in on\-call rotation and respond to infrastructure\-related incidents in a timely manner. **Qualifications:** **Must\-Haves:** * Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on **AWS**. * Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code principles with hands\-on experience using tools such as **Terraform, CloudFormation,** or similar technologies. * Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as **AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog**, or similar solutions. * Knowledge of logging solutions such as **AWS CloudTrail, ELK stack, or similar** technologies. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools such as **GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD**, or similar platforms. * Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements. * Excellent problem\-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Nice\-to\-Haves:** * Prior startup experience. * Experience solving insurance industry/domain\-related challenges. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). * Experience with **containerization technologies** such as **Docker** and orchestration tools like **Kubernetes.** * Knowledge of serverless computing and experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related services.
