Electromechanical and metal-mechanical services and projects execution company requests a **QUALITY ENGINEER** for a project in Pomabamba - Ancash **Functions and responsibilities:** **1\.** Planning and supervision of the quality control assurance area: Management of resources and maintenance of area records. Management of calibrations and maintenance of quality control equipment. **2\.** Release of finished products, materials, and supplies: Verification of compliance with established quality standards. **3\.** Planning and generation of reports. Supervision of analysis and preparation of corresponding reports (Include the quality plan in the Dossier). Preparation of protocols (visual, dimensional, dye penetrant, roughness, traceability of components, and assembly release). Preparation of quality, calibration, and homologation certificates. Development of quality plans and inspection points. **4\.** Coordination and follow-up of tests requested by internal and external clients: Guaranteeing timely and accurate execution of tests. Quality inspections during manufacturing. Penetrant liquid testing, roughness testing, metal thickness measurement, paint thickness measurement. **5\.** Development and updating of finished product specifications: Ensuring consistency with customer requirements and applicable regulations. **6\.** Preparation and maintenance of technical sheets: Updated technical information for customers regarding product characteristics. Calibration of quality equipment. 7\. Review and updating of area procedures and instructions: 8\. Collection and statistical analysis of product quality data: Education, competencies, and required skills: Graduated and licensed as a Metallurgical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineer or related field. **Education:** * NDT Level II courses in Magnetic Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT). * Participation in Welding courses. * Training in Quality Control for Structural Painting, Dimensional Control, and Material Control. **Skills:** * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions. * Advanced interpretation of technical drawings and related specifications. * Proficiency with measurement tools and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, including penetrant liquids and radiography. * Operation of Flexometer, Vernier caliper, gauge, metal thickness gauge, and paint pressure thickness meter. **Experience:** * Previous experience of 2 to 3 years since professional licensure Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Travel availability: * 75% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
