





At Mainin, a company dedicated to providing electrical and mechanical maintenance services in different mining units. We are currently looking for an Asset Supervisor. Requirements: \- Professional in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Automotive Mechanics or related fields. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective automotive maintenance. \- Knowledge of diesel engine maintenance. \- Knowledge of automotive electrical maintenance. \- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance. \- Knowledge of personnel scheduling and distribution. \- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (desirable). \- Availability to work under atypical work regimes. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. Functions: a) Develop and execute maintenance plans for each vehicle, equipment, instrument and/or others. b) Direct vehicles to various workshops according to their original faults. c) Coordinate maintenance, inspection, and repair of assigned equipment, optimizing resource utilization. d) Ensure compliance with all necessary legal documentation for the process, both for vehicles and drivers. e) Monitor expiration and renewal of insurance policies, SOAT, technical inspections, and other requirements for each vehicle. f) Maintain control over costs and expenses for the entire fleet. g) Determine the number of vehicles required for a service to be performed. h) Supervise supply and consumption of fuel, oil, water, brake fluid, transmission fluid, tires, and other items. i) Supervise unit cleaning. j) Take necessary disciplinary actions for non-compliance with duties and company policies by staff under their responsibility. k) Work collaboratively with the monitoring team to track fleet movements via satellite tracking. l) Produce periodic reports and updates on fleet management activities. m) Maintain optimal storage and organization of assets and maintenance activities. n) Process expense vouchers for fund reimbursement to suppliers. o) Record received services in the vehicle maintenance logbook. p) Coordinate entry and follow-up of units entering workshops to ensure completion of maintenance tasks within established timelines. q) Ensure effectiveness of maintenance and/or repair of vehicles and stationary equipment. r) Coordinate and inspect equipment and tools required for operations. s) Carry out procedures, travel planning, and vehicle inspections, measuring equipment, power tools, among others. t) Provide support and participate in audits and certifications; as well as develop maintenance instructions. u) Generate spare parts requests for vehicle maintenance, welding machines, welder-generators, light towers, megohmmeters, clamp meters, drills, grinders, scaffolding, and other available assets. v) Prepare reports on maintenance activity progress. w) Prepare lists of technical specifications for critical spare parts for each equipment. x) Report any failures promptly and manage repairs at the workshop. y) Supervise that all activities are carried out according to relevant safety standards. z) Inspect and diagnose faults in mechanical equipment. aa) Conduct interviews with drivers who will be assigned to different units.
