**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT!** At Grupo Lari we are looking for a **CIVIL ENGINEER** for our new client. **Industry: Energy** **Your objectives:** * Validate the settlements of services performed corresponding to all associated civil projects, ensuring they reflect correct data; thus avoiding cost overruns. * Report to the planning and control department the monthly projection of services in charge related to civil works, so management can make appropriate decisions. * Hold regular meetings and coordination with clients to address any needs arising during civil works development. * Develop reports on civil works services under your responsibility through effectiveness and service indicators, aiming to maintain an adequate contract compliance level without penalties. * Provide justifications for restrictions encountered in civil works to your electrical counterpart, enabling them to provide the client with quarterly INS justifications, enhancing clarity regarding staff performance and preventing possible penalties. * Prepare justifications based on observations and/or restrictions sent by clients, aiming to clarify data and avoid or reduce penalties. * Review daily progress and/or completed work reported by each civil works crew to ensure projected billing targets are met. * Lead meetings with service coordinators and crews under your supervision to evaluate improvement points and create action plans reinforcing quality, productivity, and safety in their tasks. * Review and approve material purchase requests, refills, equipment, and other operational necessities to ensure continuity of works without incurring excessive costs. * Develop reports related to bonus payments for team members based on their monthly productivity to ensure timely payment. * Coordinate with support departments (HR, Warehouse, Systems, Legal, Procurement) to meet any emerging needs during project execution. * Plan costs involved due to increased services offered to the client, ensuring timely delivery while generating appropriate profit margins for the company. * Verify that civil work assignments related to your area are correctly uploaded into the system to facilitate daily tracking. * Consolidate personnel and unit workload records to ensure fair payment to each employee. * 15\.
