We are looking for a **SUPERVISOR/JEFE DE MANTENIMIENTO for Trucks and Tractors**. **FUNCTIONS:** * Supervise the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems in trucks. * Advanced general maintenance experience for TRACTOR and TRUCK units. * Supervise the maintenance and mechanical team to ensure fleet operability. * Supervise compliance with daily maintenance schedules. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or degree holder, Technical or University background in Mechanical Maintenance, Electromechanics or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor/Head in trucks and tractors. **ESSENTIAL** * Experience in maintenance logistics management. **ESSENTIAL** * Extensive mechanical experience with heavy truck brands such as ISUZU, SCANIA, VOLVO, and AMERICAN brands. * Advanced level in AutoCAD, advanced knowledge of Office (Word and Excel). * No criminal, judicial, or police records. **BENEFITS:** * Payroll inclusion with all legal benefits under the MYPE regime. * Pleasant work environment.
