Functions: – Diagnosing and solving **complex mechanical problems** is part of their daily activity. The workshop manager provides specialized knowledge and works as a team facilitator. \- Ensure an **optimal workflow** and effectively control the resources and materials used in the workshop through inventory management. \- Guarantee the **execution within stipulated timeframes** with the aim of avoiding delays with customers. \- Support **team training** and professional guidance. \- Carry out **recurring inspections** on ongoing work and completed repairs to maintain the highest quality standards. – Ensure **compliance with current regulations** regarding occupational and environmental risk prevention. \- Identify **opportunities for improvement** by proposing initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency. For example, by incorporating innovative techniques, new work methods, or acquiring specialized machinery. \- Pay attention to **industry trends**, disruptive technological tools, and process improvements to enhance all types of operations carried out in the workshop. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Automotive Engineering and/or Automotive Mechanical Engineering, registered and licensed. Minimum of three (03\) years of experience in administration and/or management and/or direction and/or supervision of preventive and/or corrective maintenance services for light and/or heavy and/or off-road vehicle fleets. The workshop manager's experience will be counted from the date of obtaining professional licensure.
