Position Description Mission: Collaborate and support in the projects carried out by their unit/department, according to the guidelines provided by their supervisor, in order to execute the delegated tasks to meet project needs. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within established costs. Among their most common duties are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and scheduling construction phases, supervising subcontractor activities and subordinate or labor personnel, verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases, representing the company in relevant matters. Candidate Requirements At ACCIONA for its INDUSTRIAL business, we require hiring a Field Supervisor during the observation collection stage in the Sierra of Lima: Profile:* Technician in civil construction or courses such as Construction Foreman. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, having participated in electrical power projects: transmission lines and high and extra-high voltage substations.
