**Bolder Perú S.A.C.** is looking for a committed and proactive **Mechanical Supervisor** to join our team. We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing of metal structures, industrial assembly, and general mechanical maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Production Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor** in metalworking, construction, or industrial maintenance companies. * Knowledge in reading blueprints, welding, materials, and assembly tools. * Experience managing operational staff and controlling project or workshop progress. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (OHS). * Availability for field and/or workshop work. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Inventor. * Willingness to travel. * Possession of a Class A-I driver's license is desirable.
