Key Responsibilities: Education* University degree in Civil Engineering or social areas. Experience* Minimum three (3\) years of experience in rural development, with emphasis on: + Construction of rural aqueducts and basic sanitation. + Water governance and micro-watershed management. + Implementation of the Healthy School and Home methodology (ESCASAL). + Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). + Coordination with water boards, municipalities, regional associations, Central Government, and other NGOs. Technical Skills* Ability to design and lead training processes on water, sanitation, hygiene, and water governance. * Capacity to develop operational planning processes. * Proficiency in driving 4x4 vehicles (valid license required).
