**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum of 15 years of experience managing a portfolio of projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role.** * **Proven experience in short-duration, high-impact construction projects.** **Required:** REGISTERED ARCHITECT to manage short-duration, high-impact corporate projects in the private sector. Relevant sectors: Retail, offices, banks. **CHARACTERISTICS:** * Leads the site supervision team. * Leads client meetings, presentation of project file progress, and necessary procurements. * Facilitates decisions to carry out supervision and control activities. * Receives client requirements (regarding the project). * Controls project scope and product standards. * Ensures adherence to schedule. * Ensures adherence to construction budget. * Approves additional works (3rd and final check). * Approves installation-related additions (3rd and final check). * Ensures compliance with Safety regulations. * Ensures compliance with Quality standards. * Substantiates construction progress reports with biweekly/monthly economic control summaries. * MANDATORY: Advanced English Desirable: Master's degree in project management and project portfolio studies.
