REQUIREMENTS Computer and Information Technology Course One year of experience in similar positions Availability to work on a rotational basis FUNCTIONS 1\. Receive daily client requests via SGIOC or cell phone and immediately forward them to the corresponding specialized operator for attention. 2\. Receive daily the forms called “Work Order” and “Daily Report” from the specialized operator, verifying the quantities received. 3\. Continuously update the SGIOC and SICOM systems with information received from the specialized operator. 4\. Deliver daily the forms called “Work Order” and “Daily Report” provided by the specialized operator to the supervising engineer or resident engineer. 5\. Deliver the original copy of the “Work Order” form and a photocopy of the “Daily Report” form to the warehouse supervisor. 6\. Distribute and control forms to the specialized operator. 7\. Maintain effective and continuous communication with the client, specialized operator, resident engineer and/or supervisor, coordination engineer, and transportation manager regarding the operational process. 8\. Safeguard the SGIOC system, which is the client's property. 9\. Keep the work environment organized and clean. 10\. Manage time effectively to fulfill field and administrative duties. 11\. Continuously monitor the status of Work Orders sent by our client. 12\. File the daily reports of each crew in their respective filing cabinets. 13\. Handle and follow up on complaints. 14\. Deliver work reports to each Specialized Operator and to the engineers of each area. 15\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to operational or support processes. 16\. Comply with all applicable safety regulations and policies according to safety procedures. Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,832\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
