FUNCTIONS: · Manage FCL/LCL and air cargo shipments. · Keep the client informed about the status of their shipments by tracking the cargo from origin to destination arrival. · Maintain an updated Excel sheet of daily orders handled. · Analyze and provide timely information to clients and coordinate with foreign agents and consolidators. · Channel special client requests to the appropriate parties in order to meet their expectations. · Send and review shipping documents MBL/HBL/HAWB with the client. · Send customers confirmation of cargo departure / vessel sailing and arrival at destination. · Respond to and support customer requests via e\-mail, messages and/or by phone. · Send arrival notices to the client with correct information accordingly. · Update information for each order in the company's SISPAC system. · Maintain control over customer deliveries, taking into account deadlines for numbering, free storage days, free demurrage days, deadlines for regularization procedures such as Cargo Split, Approval, coordination with shipping lines, and transmission to Customs. · Other duties inherent to the position. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate or undergraduate student in Foreign Trade, International Business Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge of maritime products, customer service, and logistics operating systems. \- Intermediate spoken and written English proficiency. \- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the mentioned position. \- Customer service experience. \- Knowledge of the General Customs Law and Regulations. \- Punctuality, proactivity.
