MARGA S.R.L., a company dedicated to the manufacturing and exporting of knitted textile garments, is looking for 1 Export Manager - Commercial. Requirements: ➤Graduate of Technical or University studies in International Trade or International Business Administration. ➤1 year of experience as an export manager – textile sector (DESIRABLE). ➤Intermediate level proficiency in Office software is essential. ➤Knowledge of Incoterms and foreign trade – Exports. ➤Intermediate English. Functions: ➭Control incoming and outgoing garments to the Finished Products warehouse. ➭Monthly submission of incoming and outgoing garment reports to the accounting department. ➭Preparation of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Summary List). ➭Coordination with clients for approval of additional garments. ➭Advance submission of shipping instructions to freight agent for aircraft space reservation. ➭Coordination with freight agent and customs agent regarding pending shipments (forecasting number of boxes, weight and measurements). ➭Issuance of DDJJ requests for tariff classification of type and composition of garments to be exported via VUCE. ➭Issuance of Certificate of Origin via VUCE for exports destined to Europe. ➭Application for third-category Drawback through SUNAT portal. ➭Issuance of purchase orders for Finished Products warehouse (boxes, bags, silicas, lids and counter-lids). ➭Issuance of delivery notes for domestic sales or shipment of production samples. ➭Other duties as required by the position.
