We are seeking an **Import Operations Analyst FCL** to ensure the execution and control of end\-to\-end maritime import FCL operations, safeguarding document compliance and critical timelines through coordination with shipping lines, agents, and warehouses. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor the full FCL import process from start to finish: file receipt, arrival tracking, and milestone updates in systems. * Prepare and send arrival notices; coordinate document breakdown with shipping lines/warehouses and keep information updated in NVOCC/CTO/warehouse systems. * Monitor free time/demurrage per client and trigger preventive alerts to avoid extra costs. * Review key documentation to ensure accuracy and timely availability. * Coordinate with Finance/AP on local payments and disbursements; verify charges against shipping line data and escalate discrepancies. * Support file control/closing, maritime KPI analysis, and pre\-claims; maintain records that are organized, clear, and accessible. **Requirements to Apply** * Technical or university degree in Foreign Trade, International Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years in the position or similar roles; experience in the *freight forwarding* industry. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Intermediate written English (ability to understand and write). **Competencies (soft skills)** * **Process and detail orientation:** ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in information, processes, and outcomes. * **Time and urgency management:** ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines even under pressure. * **Effective communication:** express ideas clearly and listen actively to align expectations. * **Problem solving:** identify root causes and propose viable and timely solutions. * **Collaborative work:** cooperate with diverse profiles, building trust and shared objectives. * **Judgment and autonomy:** make informed decisions responsibly and know when to escalate.
