





We are looking for a **charismatic, proactive Hostess Host** with excellent presence to represent a Shopping Center in Gamarra. Your main role will be to welcome visitors, animate promotional events, generate a positive and approachable atmosphere with the public, as well as actively support the creation of content for our social media channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly at the entrance of the shopping center. * Lead promotional events, activations, campaigns, and special activities. * Interact with the public in a cheerful and respectful manner, creating a pleasant experience. * Inform visitors about promotions, store locations, and shopping center activities. * Support the marketing and sales team in communication initiatives. * Participate in creating dynamic and creative content for social media (videos, stories, live streams, etc.). * Serve as a liaison between the public and the shopping center management regarding customer service and image. **Requirements:** * Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing attitude. * Strong presence, charisma, and ability to connect with the public. * Previous experience in hosting, customer service, or events (desirable). * Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Creativity and willingness to appear on camera. * Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
