We are looking for concierge staff with the following requirements: Requirements: **\- Age: 30 to 50 years old** \- Minimum of completed secondary education. \- One year of experience as a concierge or in similar positions. \- Experience in customer service and good communication skills. \- Basic knowledge of utility meters, elevator operation, fire extinguishers, etc. \- Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. \- Perform patrols and checks. \- Ensure the security and protection of the facilities. \- Report any incidents occurring during the shift to the immediate supervisor. \- Strict control of entrance gates. \- Monitor entry and exit of personnel and/or visitors. \- Receive and distribute correspondence for property owners, recording it in the occurrence logbook. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
