FUNCTIONS: · Provide customers with information regarding services, fares, destinations, offers and promotions, showing kindness and respect. · Sell travel tickets according to the service, fare and destination requested by the customer. Close the sale by offering other alternatives of the services provided by the organization. · Generate duplicate travel tickets (due to loss or changes in customer information) in accordance with established policies. · Deliver to the driver, according to schedule, work conditions and toll fees. · Consolidate data generated on the POS (Visa and Mastercard) at the end of each day. · Deliver shift settlement to the administrator. · Prepare reports of activities and submit them to the Agency Administrator. · Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the Agency Administrator. \- Other related responsibilities. \- In front of the National Stadium, with availability to rotate to Los Olivos. REQUIREMENTS · Availability to work FULL TIME. 8H · Experience in the position or in transportation. · Completed secondary education.
