




We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant for the **Counter** area. The main responsibility is to provide in-person advisory services to customers regarding our Foreign Trade (Import/Export) services. Additionally, document and package deliveries are managed. Basic requirements: · Higher education degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. · Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. · Experience in import and export processes, particularly under express delivery regimes, customs legislation, documentation required for nationalization, etc. · Service-oriented mindset. · Empathy. · Assertive communication. · **Prior customer service experience (preferably within the Foreign Trade sector).** Contract duration: 3 months Position type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Monday to Friday Availability to work in **CALLAO and JESUS MARIA.** Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to work in Callao / Jesús María?
