The Guest Service Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); moving over sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; handling menus (reading and visually verifying information), and actively engaging in your duties (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) unassisted and 50 pounds (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). It is essential that Guest Service Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned to them) — thus ensuring our guests are always satisfied and our business continues to thrive.
