We are currently looking for a full-time Hostess: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure customers enjoy an excellent experience upon arrival, departure, and throughout their visit. * Provide information about the restaurant's services. * Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments with the team. * Use reservation systems. * Handle complaints and resolve issues. * Properly complete pre-shift preparation of the area to allow normal operational flow. * Maintain cleanliness of work area and assist in cleaning and organizing tables when necessary. * Bid farewell to customers according to service protocols. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in restaurants. * Intermediate level English (desirable). * Dynamic, communicative, and service-oriented attitude. * Valid Metropolitan Health Certificate for Lima (desirable) or willingness to obtain it. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in San Isidro. **BENEFITS:** * Employment registration under Remype payroll. * Career advancement opportunities. * Market-competitive salary. * Meals provided.
