**Description:** The Master Carpenter will be responsible for the complete fabrication of commercial furniture used in stores, such as gondolas, islands, displays, counters, and custom special furniture. Must work with precision throughout the entire process: interpretation of retail blueprints, cutting, framing, assembly, and high-quality finishes. Will also support installations within shopping centers when required, ensuring that furniture is properly assembled and meets design and functionality standards. This position is essential to ensure that each store implemented by RYD has durable, well-finished furniture delivered within established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Fabricate and assemble commercial furniture (melamine, MDF, wood). * Read and interpret blueprints and material lists. * Perform cutting, edging, and fine finishing. * Prepare furniture for delivery and installation. * Assist in in-store assembly when required. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in retail carpentry. * Proficiency with electric and manual tools. * Ability to read blueprints. * Precision, responsibility, and punctuality. **We Offer:** * Competitive market salary. * Formal employment from day one. * Timely payments (mid-month and month-end).
