We are seeking a **Counter ATC – Reten**, a versatile position combining ticketing duties and operational support across various locations in Lima. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Collecting fares (cash, Yape, Plin, POS). * Registering and monitoring passengers during boarding and disembarkation. * Managing passenger flow. * Daily cash reconciliation (on the three fixed ticketing days). * Providing support at counters, boarding areas, cargo handling, and customer service as needed. * Operational coverage across different branches in Lima when required. ***Requirements*** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in cashiering, ticketing, or customer service (preferred). * Responsible, punctual, and possessing a strong service-oriented attitude. * **Willingness to rotate among various branches in Lima.** * **Ability to adapt to diverse operational functions.** ***Benefits*** * **Payroll with all statutory benefits.** * **Bi-weekly payments.** * **Well-organized work environment.** * **Dynamic work with opportunities for internal growth.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Application Questions: * The first month’s salary is paid on a per-hour basis (RxH), followed by MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits).
